Jacob has over 15 years’ experience in global medical device service, with expertise in developing service and support for new products, new businesses, and market expansion, as well as Key Opinion Leader management programs and new processes. He currently manages a high-performing, global team of more than 100 people, leading the implementation of a global process alignment across the USA, EU, and Asia.

Jacob began his career in the field, installing MRI equipment and heading a technical support group in the Far East. He joined Biosense Webster in 1995 as International Service and Support Manager and was named International Service Director at Johnson & Johnson in 2001. He became World Wide Technical Service Director in 2008. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from New Port California University and has earned the JNJ Standard of Service Award.
