Jens Knoop is leading a Technology Support Service Field organization at IBM in Germany. Together with his team he is driving service excellence, generating new service revenue and managing a culture of change. After his degree in Computer Science Jens joined IBM and worked in different positions as System engineer, Project Manager, Product Manger, Delivery Manager and as Director within the service organization. During his 21 years career he gained a lot of knowledge and experience in service business.
