Rokus Harder has a long career within Philips Healthcare where he had many leadership positions in the area of Services, Marketing and Regional Management. Currently he is Director MRI Service Innovation and is managing a team of 30 persons across the globe.

Today his main focus is on Serviceability Innovation, Service Performance, Team Development and Coaching. He has an extensive track record in practically all service functions as Country Management, Lifecycle Marketing, IT, Training, Sales and Innovation. His current focus is on (team) development and Remote Serviceability Innovation. For him data driven service processes will be a game changer within the world of services.
