Alexandre MARROT was born in Germany. He started his career in France as customer service engineer in 1998 in the parking industry. In 2001, he was appointed head of customer service for Schlumberger, located in Madrid, where he was in charge of field service operations (parking industry) for Spain and Portugal.
In 2005, he took in charge the deployment and maintenance activity for parking enhanced solutions as program manager in Rome. In 2007, as site manager in Copenhagen, he had the opportunity to manage the deployment of a ticketing system in Denmark for Thales.
And, since June 2008, he has been managing the customer
service and maintenance activities for Xerox Business Solutions (now CONDUENT).
He leads several field service teams in France, Italy, and Spain, in charge of
maintenance for important customers in the transportation business.
