Born in Tuscany in the ‘60s, he graduated in Electronic Engineering, He is responsible for Customer Service in Leonardo’s Homeland Security Line of Business, where service delivery means security for the people. An exciting job, he now knows that Customer Satisfaction does not always depend on money.
