Seva Gavrilov for nearly 20 years now has been committed to building an independent Russian dealer network for Volvo Penta. He closely cooperates with sister companies in the Volvo Group in order to expand and improve the highly effective, organizationally independent and intensely dedicated network of the Volvo Penta dealers in Russia. Seva focusses more on the quality of the service offered than on the number of dealers.  

Seva Gavrilov in 1991 graduated from St. Petersburg Shipbuilding University (former Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute). Until 1995 he worked in different marine industry companies. In 1995 he entered Volvo Penta and took over the lead of the Russian market unit in 2007. Seva owns a high expertise in complex sales procedures throughout the entire value chain, starting from component production, OEMs, OEMs distributors and dealers, down to end users and fleet owners. At the moment Seva specifically works with component distribution and service – aftermarket support; both in the B2B and B2C market.

Seva regularly is invited to speak at international conferences on aftermarket development, cooperative culture and collaborative networking.
