Alexander Dux has more than 15 years of experience in leading international, cross-functional teams in customer service and manufacturing operations. Alexander is currently leading Hach's service teams in Europe as Sr. Director responsible for commercial growth and customer support through strategy development and execution, continuous process improvement, daily management and leadership.
