Amadeu then advanced to the role of Country Manager, where he led Valmet's operations in Portugal.

Amadeu holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications and more recently completed an MBA, further expanding his knowledge and skill set. As the Service Director, Amadeu's key responsibilities include the development of country service teams, establishing world-class high-value-add services, leading teams, responsible for P&L, fostering cross-border cooperation, and facilitating competence development. Additionally, he plays a vital role in defining and implementing strategies, ensuring their successful execution.
