Andrea Gombac leads the Service organisation at RICOH Europe. In this role he’s responsible of the integrated services delivery and fulfilment across 25 countries in the EMEA Region and of its transformation to support RICOH’s Digital Services portfolio. Andrea is an innovation driven executive with 30 years of experience in business development, presale, customer service and digital transformation with industry leaders in the ICT market. In the last few years, Andrea has focussed on data-driven approaches to manage Service Operations, joining up together data-led transformation with purpose-led leadership programmes supporting the shift to a digital mindset culture. Andrea joined Ricoh Italy in 2014 as Director of Customer Service and, six years later, joined Ricoh Europe as Vice President of Service and Annuity before taking the current role. Prior to that he held Customer Service and Presales leadership positions in the telecommunications market with Fastweb, Nortel Networks and Telecom Italia.
