Andrea Gombac leads Annuity & Service at RICOH Europe. In this role he’s responsible of the integrated service organisation across 25 operating companies in the EMEA Region and its transformation to support RICOH’s Digital Services portfolio. Andrea is an innovation driven executive with over 25 years of experience in business development, presale, customer service and digital transformation with industry leaders in the ICT market. In the last few years, Andrea has focussed on data-driven approaches to manage Service Operations to joining up together data-led transformation with purpose-led leadership programmes supporting the shift to a digital mindset culture. Current areas of interest include reshaping the role of a service organization in the context of platform business models, servitization of product-centric business models, and applying blockchain technologies and digital twins to augment service capabilities.
