Specialized in company culture transformation, organization reshaping and sales growth, he's been driving the repositioning of aftersales, from a model based on warranty claims management and spare parts supply into an integrated product-service system, through the localization of operations, the implementation of an easy-to-sell offering and the reorganization of sales teams.
