Anna Jern-Houttu is head and profit & loss responsible of the global maintenance business of Kalmar. Kalmar delivers world leading cargo handling equipment to ports, logistics terminals and industrial operators. Kalmar service teams operates in more than 30 countries with more than 14000 connected equipment. The 1400 service technicians deliver maintenance services both in a field service as well as in a onsite service contract setting. Anna has a background in various functions ranging from strategy to supply chain - and now the maintenance business. Previously she worked as a consultant at Deloitte. She is passionate about making change happen through continuous improvement and people-focused leadership. Anna lives in Finland.
