Berit is a passionate and experienced programme/project management Director at Tetra Pak. She’s been with the company + 30 years, within administration, project/programme management and line management. Driving transformation is her biggest passion and she has successfully been driving four major global transformation projects/programmes within Service Operations at Tetra Pak; two related to the parts business and two related to how to manage field service. How to improve everyday life of a service engineer is a red thread throughout the two transformations related to field service with projects around service events planning, spaced learning, career path, remote services, optimisation of maintenance and order fulfillment processes.

With Berit’s drive, engagement, trust and collaborative mindset, she has together with her service colleagues taken the global service operation teams on a stepwise journey the past 10 years. Engagement of leaders on all relevant levels, communication, change management and continuously involving and listen to end users have been critical success factors and enabling the latest technology to improve quality, customer experience, employee experience and productivity has been key within the transformations.
