Chiara Maiello is a very experienced and versatile global services business leader. Currently she leads the global services organization of the ThermoFisher Chemical Analysis division. Before joining ThermoFisher she spent 10 years at Philips in different roles from R&D to marketing to services. Throughout her career her main goal has been to drive business growth and improve customer experience by optimizing all the different services functions and driving digital innovation. Her laser focus on both services -- commercial as well as services operational excellence -- has allowed her to achieve strong improvements in business results as well as a higher degree of customer satisfaction. Her responsibilities include: Services P&L, Field Services Operation Management, Services Sales and Marketing Management, Customer Service and Technical Support Management.
