He has more than 15 years of operational experience in various areas of B2B customer service - as a service technician, in operations planning and support, as well as in team and department management. Successful organisational development and change management processes in operational departments have supported the growth of the business and improved customer satisfaction over the last 10 years. He holds degrees in electrical engineering, business administration and business psychology.
