Darren Elmore

Darren Elmore is the GM Service of Ricoh New Zealand, a subsidiary of Ricoh Company, Ltd., a Japanese Digital Services company. He has been at Ricoh for more than 20 years across both the UK and New Zealand and has held various positions within the company.

As GM Service, Darren is responsible for all aspects of the service department, ensuring smooth and efficient service operations that meet customer needs in a timely and satisfactory manner. Responsibilities include developing the service strategy, leading a team of high-performing service professionals, and maintaining effective communication both internally and externally.

He has a strong focus on employee engagement and leadership development, and has implemented various initiatives to improve the workplace culture and employee wellbeing. Darren holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and a Master of Commercialisation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Auckland. He describes himself as a strategist and an intrapreneur who gains a sense of satisfaction and achievement when delivering positive outcomes for both Ricoh and its customers.
