Hailing from the stunning landscapes of New Zealand, I’m a technical service professional with a passion for electronics, computer systems engineering, and mechatronics. For the past decade, I have been living in London, helping take a start-up to market, by developing the service and operations model for robots used in the hazardous environments of construction sites. My secret sauce? Combining robots and humans to create the ultimate dynamic duo on-site. It’s not about robots replacing humans but rather about enhancing human capabilities—because who wouldn’t benefit from a high-tech teammate? When I’m not innovating with robots or optimising fleet operations, I’m all about championing mental health and wellness for the field service sector. I’m passionate about giving people the skills to fix their own robots, which means we’re not just building tech, we’re building confidence and careers too.
