As the Senior Vice President of Service EMEA at Glory Global Solutions, he leads the transformation of the company’s service and solutions strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a focus on commercial excellence, operational efficiency, and workforce development. Previously, Didier held leadership roles at Eastman Kodak and Creo, focusing on service excellence and CRM innovation. He holds an MBA from Boston University and an engineering degree from Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is fluent in French, English, and Dutch, and serves on the Executive Advisory Board for Field Service Europe.
