Senior Service Agreements Sales Manager, Electric Power Division Caterpillar

With a Master’s in marine propulsion from Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy in St. Petersburg, Dmitry spent 14 years servicing the maritime industry prior to joining Caterpillar. Now, with 23 years at Caterpillar, Dmitry is responsible for the company's Electric Power Product Long Term Maintenance & Repair contracts growth in prime and continuous applications, and provides the leadership assistance to Caterpillar's Dealer network. 

Dmitry provides support for Dealer CVA (Customer Value Agreement) operations in the Electric Power market segment to enable them to sell Integrated Product Support Solutions to customers at the time of the Prime Product sale and beyond. Activities include complex project execution, training on use of Total Cost of Ownership tools for the entire Electric Power product range. Dmitry performs EAME dealers Service Contracts operation assessments and provides developmental support to ensure each individual EAME dealership meets CVA objectives for Electric Power segments.
