Elena specialises in the design and delivery of learning and competence development strategies for large, remote, field service teams. ​ Her expertise and passion for learning has allowed her to develop programmes that forecast and respond to evolving business needs, generation shifts and technology evolutions. This has allowed her develop effective solutions that meet ever changing business needs. ​ In her current role as the Next Generation Competence Development Director at Tetra Pak, Elena has been able to re-think and re-define learning and development strategies and solutions to achieve a world class technical competence model and new career path for the global field-force of over 3,000 people working in more than 160 countries all around the world. ​

Elena joined Tetra Pak 18 years ago and in the intervening years has built an impressive portfolio of skills and experiences. She has held increasingly senior roles in Services organisation that has complemented with experience of living and working in Latin America and Europe.​ Her personal and work experiences have helped her to develop a future-focussed mindset. She is continuously scanning the business horizon, spotting trends and converting the opportunities into strategies that enhance productivity and support the Tetra Pak field force in their drive to deliver ever improving and exceptional customer experiences.
