Emma is the Global Head of Customer Success at Localz with experience working with utilities and field service. Leading the global team on rolling out our communication solution that enables real-time communications and tracking. With her lead Localz has rolled out its field service solution to British Gas, RAC, Rentokil, Autoglass and Welsh Water.

Prior to joining Localz, Emma delivered large scale people, process and software change for John Lewis & Partners.
