MarcoHugo Gutierrez is the Vice President of Customer Service Operations for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for Tetra Pak With more than 25 years of experience in industrial services—primarily in the liquid food industry with Tetra Pak, and beginning earlier in the oil and gas sector—MarcoHugo has built a career grounded in technical expertise and strategic leadership. He began as a Field Service Engineer and progressed through roles in sales and technical management, including Technical Director for Global Accounts and later for the French market.

Since 2018, MarcoHugo has led Customer Service Operations across EMEA, overseeing teams responsible for Maintenance, Customer Training, Installations, and TPM-related service product delivery. He is deeply focused on continuously improving the service experience for Tetra Pak customers by developing best-in-class capabilities, enhancing ways of working across his teams and the broader organization, and fostering strong team member engagement as a key driver of success. Based in Arganda Del Rey, MarcoHugo is recognized for his collaborative leadership and commitment to operational excellence.
