Jeroen Heijmans is the VP for Service Cloud & Field Service in Northern Europe. Jeroen takes care of the Service Cloud strategy and execution in the region. His team of account executives and solution engineers help customers improve the customer experience by transforming their field service and digital channels.

Previously, Jeroen was leading a number of industries in Salesforce The Netherlands, including Retail and Manufacturing and most recently Financial Services & Communications. Jeroen is the equality intersectionality officer within Salesforce the Netherlands and one of the drivers of cleanup initiatives, such as MaasCleanup. Jeroen loves to play sports with his kids and friends. Also walking with his wife in nature, followed by a nice meal, makes him smile.
