Jérôme Thomas draws on a track record of 25 years of experience in the field service in the laboratory market and has led diverse high-performing teams across Europe, North America and Asia in multiple roles, international business development, management for different multinational companies’ manufacturer and distributor.

He serves as General Manager Customer Excellence at PHC Europe B.V. focusing on customer experience for developing the service in Europe. Entrepreneurial, Jérôme takes initiative to facilitate service delivery and provides his expertise to smaller organizations to help them to develop their business. To be closer to the market service expectation, Jérôme is graduate with the MBA in Marketing Strategic.
