Kevin has worked with Field Service companies for the last thirteen years in the software vendor space, both managing customers and implementing solutions. His current role is to help grow the field service organisation within ServiceNow in EMEA. Whilst Kevin loves a good software solution, he is also deeply pragmatic that the real world presents nuance and complexities that require thought and problem solving that are best discussed at an event like Field Service Europe.
