Kevin Pritchard is the Director of Operations for Europe for ZOLL Medical Corporation, an Asahi Kasei Group company, providing medical device and software solutions for advanced emergency care, dedicated to saving lives, increasing clinical and operational efficiencies and extending professional care across society. With products for defibrillation and monitoring, circulation and CPR feedback, data management, fluid resuscitation, and therapeutic temperature management, ZOLL provides a comprehensive set of technologies that help clinicians, EMS and fire professionals and military teams in professional settings to public lay rescuers, treat victims in need of resuscitation and critical care.

Kevin leads ZOLLs operational teams to deliver contract management, customer support, supply chain capability for front line care delivery and technical service, from 3 operations hubs across Europe. A background in operational and business management across healthcare, professional services and manufacturing sectors, he believes that the future relationship models of co-designed, collaboratively delivered, outcome focused product and service platforms will drive service organisations in the coming years. Creating blended services of Technical Service Centres, field and customer based technicians, to system `rescue ready’ device remote monitoring and remote technical service delivery, across the whole lifecycle of a device use is the business focus in their drive towards their `ZOLL life-timecare’ approach.
