Leandro Delbem is Director of Field Operations at Orbem, where he leads the global deployment and operational scaling of AI-powered MRI technology used to transform food production. Based in Germany, he oversees multidisciplinary field teams responsible for installing and operating complex hardware-software systems across international customer sites, bridging engineering, operations, and customer success.

With a background in electrical engineering and more than a decade of experience in industrial technology and field service operations, Leandro previously held leadership roles at Command Alkon, where he advanced from Field Service Engineer to Director of Operations across Europe and the Americas. Throughout his career, he has focused on building high-performing field organizations, improving service scalability, and integrating digital tools and data-driven processes into field operations.

At Orbem, Leandro is driving the evolution of field service teams from reactive support functions to strategic contributors, leveraging automation, AI, and operational excellence practices to improve reliability, accelerate deployments, and enhance customer value. He is particularly passionate about developing the next generation of field engineers and transforming field organizations into critical drivers of business growth.
