Maciej Krajewski is CEO and co-owner of Yameo, a Dutch-Polish software company that has built enterprise software for regulated industries since 2005. He started his career at a telecom start-up, growing from DevOps engineer to technical director over eight years as the company scaled past 100 people. He joined Yameo as technical director, moved delivery from waterfall to agile and brought engineers closer to clients. In 2019 he became CEO after a management buyout with COO Jakub Czechowski. Today he leads Yameo's move to AI-native software delivery and its Video In Person platform, which organisations such as DEKRA use for remote inspections in 20 countries. Outside work, Maciej is a triathlete and a former competitive sailor.
