Marc Eckerhall is a senior transformational leader with extensive international experience in strategy, corporate development and aftermarket services. With a strong track record of leading complex business transformations, he specialises in translating strategic vision into operational execution while managing full P&L responsibility. Marc has held senior leadership roles across global organisations including Carrier, Viessmann Climate Solutions, AGCO and Electrolux, where he led global aftermarket strategy, digital service development and large-scale operational turnarounds.

Earlier in his career, Marc worked in private equity and consulting, including roles at EQT Partners and Solving International, building deep expertise in M&A, portfolio management, financial planning and organisational transformation. His cross-functional background spans finance, supply chain, aftermarket services and corporate strategy across multiple industries including climate solutions, agriculture, machinery and consumer goods.
