Product Owner OneService, Valuestream Sales & Service Alfa Laval

Markus Basse is the Product Owner for OneService at Alfa Laval and responsible for the decommissioning of the legacy systems to be replaced by IFS FSM, internally called the OneService solution. Markus has a background in industrial and system engineering with focus on IT and is currently located at the head office of Alfa Laval in Lund, Sweden OneService is being rolled out globally to all Alfa Laval Sales Companies which includes more than 75 Service Centres and Field Service operations.
