Martin brings more than 25 years of experience in leadership and people development in different markets like semiconductor industry, industrial manufacturing as well as Research and Quality. For the past 15 years, he has held various management roles in high-tech engineering environment, covering General Management, Strategy and Marketing, R&D as well as Service and Customer Care responsibilities and Change Management. Since 2013, Martin has been proud to work in a multi-cultural environment with global responsibility. In the past 6 years he mainly focused on transforming the global Service organization into a differentiating element for ZEISS.
