Matt has over 20 years of leadership experience which includes commercial sales, operations and lifecycle support. An Electrical Engineering Graduate, prior to joining Genie on the commercial team he gained experience in infrastructure, oil and gas, utility and logistics sectors. Over the last decade he was instrumental in the development and deployment of the Genie Service Solutions strategy, spearheading the service transformation journey at Genie and has since gone on to lead the Global Product Support and Service business. During his career Matt has developed comprehensive global knowledge with successful track record of developing and deploying transformative business strategy, establishing high performing teams, acquisition integration as well as pioneering new methodologies and technology implementations delivering consistent scalable and sustainable results.
