Before joining Genie’s commercial team, Matt gained valuable experience in the infrastructure, oil and gas, utility, and logistics sectors. Over the past ten years, Matt has been pivotal in developing and implementing the Lifecycle Customer Experience strategy, leading both digital and service transformation initiatives at Terex. Throughout Matt's career, he has cultivated extensive global knowledge and a proven track record in developing and executing transformative business strategies, building high-performing teams, managing mergers and acquisitions, and pioneering new methodologies and technologies that have consistently delivered scalable and sustainable results.
