Spare Parts & Logistics Manager Frigoglass

Maxime is a multi-skilled supply chain professional, with close to 20 years of experience across various positions (Supply Chain IT project management, Logistics business development and Supply Chain operations). Ten years ago he joined Frigoglass to serve as Logistics Manager and dealt with the logistics operations of the 6 plants across the globe. He also leads the development of Frigoserve logistics operations in more than 10 countries. Since 2020 he has taken over the responsibility for the spare parts’ supply chain, ensuring with his team in Romania and  Greece the:

• Planning and forecasting of spare parts’ stock

• Supply of parts from internal and external suppliers in a highly disrupted environment

• Order management and distribution of these parts to the internal and external customer
