Michel has more than 20 years experience in leading teams in Service and Sales organizations within the water branche (Hach) and coding and marking (Videojet). While understanding both Sales and Service worlds Michel uses the credo, ‘’no Sales without Service’’ and no ‘’Service without Sales’’. During several years of experience as Service Sales manager for the EU region this was key in driving the service business forward and supporting ‘’The Best Team Wins’’ mentality between sales and service teams.
