I work as a Service Excellence Manager at Franke Kaffeemaschinen AG. My background is in mechatronics engineering. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Strategy and Leadership to enhance my leadership skills and drive continuous improvement. I started my career as a service technician, gaining valuable hands-on experience. I later moved into the role of Technical Product Manager at Franke, focusing on their digital products. This position deepened my understanding of product management and digital solutions.¨ In my current role, I manage global projects aimed at digitalising our services and analysing machine data to improve our offering. I ensure that our subsidiaries are involved and that best practices are implemented across all projects and regions. My commitment to continuous improvement and customer focus drives my work as I develop service processes and apply best practices to increase customer satisfaction. I strive for excellence and promote accountability in all my projects. As my career progresses, I aim to make a significant impact on service management and contribute to successful business outcomes.
