• Lead the development and launch for a brand new innovative large air-sourced Screw HeatPump >175ton in China, won the highest JCI recognition the chairmans award
• Investigated and defined the strategic direction and global roadmap for the 2nd largest chiller portfolio in JCI, resulting in a multi-million product development program around the world and new market leadership position especially in APAC
• Currently owning the HVAC lifecycle service offerings and leading the Digital Service Transformation in EMEA and Latin America
