Rajat Shah leads the development of next generation service products, world class operational processes and latest commercial models for the Services business at Tetra Pak. In this role, he leads a global team spread over more than 40 countries and has delivered solutions in the domains of IIoT, Data Science, Field Service Management, Remote Support and Digital Learnings . His extended professional career over last 26 years includes extensive experience in Product Development, Sales and Channel development and P&L management of Services business across geographies of North America, Europe and South and South East Asia. Prior to his role in the Food & Beverage industry with Tetra Pak, he has worked in Automotive, Capital Goods and Oil & Gas industries. Rajat is a mechanical engineer and holds a Masters in Control Systems from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
