Group Field Service Director Waterlogic International

Robin is the EMEA Group Service Director at Culligan. This means he and his team are responsible for defining and overseeing the implementation of the standard service operating model for the EMEA business following the merger of Culligan and Waterlogic. This includes customer service, field service, refurbishment, retention and last-mile delivery across 20 countries in EMEA.

The EMEA business has over 2000 field-based technicians and drivers and has grown through both organic and inorganic acquisition – presenting individual and collective challenges. Robin has a strong interest in the role technology can play in shaping service operating models and customer experience and is particularly focused on B2B markets. Prior to joining Culligan/Waterlogic,

Robin spent nearly ten years at BT, the UK’s main telecoms carrier, where he held a number of operational transformation and leadership roles across marketing, sales, service and field operations. Earlier in his career Robin was both a secondary school teacher and an officer in the Royal Navy.

He lives in Oxfordshire with his wife and three children and in those snatched moments of free time likes to grab a guitar and pretend he’s sat on a porch somewhere in the Mississippi Hill Country.
