Rokus Harder has had a long, diverse career at Philips Healthcare, consistently demonstrating skills in leadership, services and product development, marketing strategy and team management. Currently, Rokus is managing a Service Innovation and Training team of 60+ people within the Business Unit MR in Philips. In this role his focus is on service innovation mainly by creation of new services and implementation of the latest remote services technologies. Rokus is also coach and council member of the internal coaching pool of Philips Benelux. Achievements include definition of a long term MR Remote Serviceability strategy, constant development of remote services and collaboration in a long-term strategy and collaborating with universities. Rokus held previous positions in Product Marketing, Regional Service Management, Service Escalation Management and various other positions in Service and Business Management.
