With a Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Shabnam was always passionate about digitalization and the digital transformation of companies’ businesses. Shabnam started her Siemens career about nine years ago in the German HQ of Smart Infrastructures in Frankfurt working with data and how to derive important insights for the business. After a few years, she got the opportunity to move to Global HQ in Switzerland and support the digitalization journey of Smart Infrastructure and to increase efficiency in the service delivery process.

Shabnam currently drives the harmonization and standardization of data and processes supported by tools to offer customers the best experience possible. By applying new methodologies like Design Thinking, she uses her creative and open-minded attitude to find solutions no matter how complex and impossible the challenge may seem.
