Shaun is part of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Global Blackbelt team, a worldwide group of technical resources who specialize in each Dynamics 365 workload. Shaun’s particular focus is Field and Connected Field Service and is working on some of the largest Dynamics 365 opportunities across EMEA. He has over 25 years of experience in IT with the last 15 working with Dynamics CRM across various verticals including utilities, manufacturing and logistics within enterprise level field service operations. His success in delivering multiple successful projects across sales, service, marketing and field service enable Shaun to bring a wealth of know how and knowledge to all digital transformation engagements backed up with a significant depth of experience.
