Simon Dürig

Simon Dürig is experienced in client relationship management, sales and brand management. After having started his career in architecture, he then began to work for the premium Spanish retailer Puig. He brings value to companies by managing international clients and projects, enable by his professional proficiency of three languages. Simon has lived and/or worked in four different countries (China, Malaysia, France and Switzerland) and holds a Bachelor in International Business Management (BSc) from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.

Today, Simon is part of Genesys, a Silicon Valley organization, where he partners with existing and new customers to drive their Customer Experience (CX) transformation roadmaps. Finally, in his current role he is also building and developing a go-to-market strategy for manufacturing enterprises in Switzerland and the extended DACH (define this in full words) region.
