Stephan Theisen is the Head of Global Service at Sartorius, where he oversees service operations to ensure minimal downtime for biopharmaceutical production systems. With a background in medical engineering and extensive experience in service leadership roles at med tech companies like Bausch & Lomb and Getinge Group, he brings deep expertise in after-sales management, quality systems, and regulatory compliance. Since joining Sartorius, he has played a key role in implementing global service strategies and supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their systems.
