After an international SAP consulting career of 14 years, with a focus on CRM implementations, Sven started with BD in 2010 as IT Business Relationship Manager. In 2015 he joined the European Service Leadership Team. In his current role as Senior Manager Technical Service Support, he’s responsible for supporting 30.000+ Life Sciences instruments and more than 500 service associates in EMEA. He’s also in charge of the customer satisfaction survey program as a CX champion.

In his spare time, Sven is a passionate Wander and Nature Coach.
