Global Director, Sales Enablement Aquant
Tas Hirani

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with some of the most trusted names in service management: ClickSoftware, ServiceMax, Salesforce Service Cloud, and now Aquant.ai—partnering with organizations across industries to transform how they deliver service.

But this isn’t just about technology. I’ve built my credibility by getting out in the field: jumping in vans with technicians, shadowing contact center agents, and sitting alongside technical support teams to understand the real, everyday challenges they face. From scheduling and dispatch to diagnostics and escalation management, I’ve had a front-row seat to the full service lifecycle; across the globe, from France to the Philippines, and from the Nordics to Florida. Today at Aquant, I help service organizations use AI and data to improve technician effectiveness, reduce repeat visits, and retain talent in an increasingly complex operating environment. With a strong analytical mindset, applying Lean and Six Sigma principles both internally at Aquant and in how I approach customer challenges, always looking for patterns, waste, and opportunities to drive measurable impact.

With ten years embedded in field service, both strategically and hands-on, I bring a practitioner’s mindset and a tech-forward approach that speaks directly to the needs of seasoned service leaders.
