Thomas Back leads the Service & Support team at Brainlab. Since joining Brainlab in the year 2000 he held various Sales positions in EMEA and was leading the DACH market for a decade. In 2018 he took over responsibility for the Global Service & Support activities of Brainlab focusing on the right balance of improving customer experience, field force empowerment and service business performance.
