As Head of Management and Processes within Bombardier Transportation he is, amongst other things, responsible for improving Data Quality of Salesforce to enhance the ability to make data driven (intelligent) decisions towards digitization transformation.

He has been a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt since 2015.
