Tomasz has been working in field service management for four years, and has 10+ years of experience in IT. He is Director of the Research and Development Department, responsible for product vision creation, features and POC delivery and adjustments in the roadmap in response to market expectations. With experience in many sectors (automotive, public, telecommunications and E/M commerce), he is able to build teams and processes that are capable of delivering project goals in an efficient way. He uses his skills to connect business and IT, setting feasible goals for IT to deliver expected business outcomes. Privately, he is keen on writing books for children and handling workshops for them on the subjects of emotions and communication.
