Damien Farret

Director, Customer Relations and Field Service Dassault Aviation

Damien Farret is the Director of Customer Relations and Field Service at Dassault Aviation, where he is in charge of customer relations for Falcon Customers based in Europe, Africa, Middle East and India. Damien leads a team of 35 people, including a 24/7 hotline service.

Damien started out at Dassault Aviation in 2002 as a design engineer for flight control systems for the fighter jets. He joined Falcon Customer Service in 2005, filling a variety of coordination roles on Falcon programs (Nota: Falcon aircraft are the business jets designed by Dassault Aviation). Most recently, he served as Director of Technical Engineering for Dassault in Teterboro, New Jersey, providing engineering support to customers in Asia and the Americas.

Damien holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a Masters Degree from the French engineering school Supelec. He is married and has two children.
